Business Development Executive Opportunity – In Bahrain 

About the Company

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic outreach plans targeting corporate clients and business partners
Act as the official representative of the Preschool at meetings, conferences, and professional networking events
Establish and nurture relationships with current and potential clients to boost engagement and opportunities
Work with the marketing team to craft effective promotional content and outreach campaigns
Deliver consistent reports on outreach activities, client interactions, and feedback for ongoing improvement

Qualifications

Previous experience in business development, client relations, or a similar role
Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
Proactive, professional, and driven personality
Ability to represent the values and mission of the Preschool with confidence
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

تطوير وتنفيذ خطط التواصل الاستراتيجية التي تستهدف العملاء من الشركات والشركاء التجاريين.
العمل كممثل رسمي لمرحلة ما قبل المدرسة في الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات وفعاليات التواصل المهني.
إنشاء ورعاية العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين لتعزيز المشاركة والفرص.
العمل مع فريق التسويق لصياغة محتوى ترويجي فعال وحملات تواصل.
تقديم تقارير متسقة عن أنشطة التواصل وتفاعلات العملاء وردود الفعل من أجل التحسين المستمر.

المؤهلات

خبرة سابقة في تطوير الأعمال أو علاقات العملاء أو دور مماثل
مهارات قوية في التواصل والتشبيك والعرض
شخصية استباقية ومهنية ومدفوعة
القدرة على تمثيل قيم ورسالة ما قبل المدرسة بثقة
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية هي ميزة إضافية
