Project Coordinator Role at Wilhelmsen – In Bahrain

Key Responsibilities

Handle export, import, and cross-trade airfreight shipments with speed and accuracy
Oversee Ex-Works shipments from pick-up through consolidation and final dispatch
Coordinate with local customs for clearances and schedule timely deliveries
Prioritize and manage Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipments for rapid response
Prepare Air Waybills according to IATA regulations and ensure regulatory compliance
Generate courier Waybills following all applicable guidelines
Maintain routine coordination with customers, providing timely updates on shipments
Accurately create shipment jobs in the internal logistics system
Track and update shipment status in daily reports using Excel and internal platforms

Qualifications

Experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
Familiarity with international shipping practices and documentation
Strong knowledge of IATA and courier regulations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and internal tracking systems
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

التعامل مع شحنات التصدير والاستيراد والتجارة المتبادلة بسرعة ودقة.
الإشراف على شحنات المصنع من الاستلام حتى التجميع والإرسال النهائي.
التنسيق مع الجمارك المحلية للتخليص وجدولة التسليم في الوقت المناسب.
تحديد أولويات وإدارة شحنات الطائرات على الأرض (AOG) للاستجابة السريعة.
إعداد فواتير الشحن الجوي وفقًا للوائح IATA وضمان الامتثال التنظيمي.
إنشاء فواتير الشحن السريع باتباع جميع الإرشادات المعمول بها.
الحفاظ على التنسيق الروتيني مع العملاء، وتوفير التحديثات في الوقت المناسب على الشحنات.
إنشاء وظائف الشحن بدقة في نظام اللوجستيات الداخلي.
تتبع وتحديث حالة الشحنة في التقارير اليومية باستخدام Excel والمنصات الداخلية.

خبرة في مجال شحن البضائع أو تنسيق الخدمات اللوجستية.
