Job Description: South Indian Cook
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, including parotas, dosas,vadas, sambar, tea and more.
Ensure the quality and consistency of South Indian recipes.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and innovate new South Indian dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a South Indian Cook or Chef.
Deep knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
