The hotel is situated just 5 minutes from the Bahrain International Circuit and is easily accessible from the main highway or the King Fahad Causeway. Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa also offers a range of meeting rooms and banquet facilities, accommodating up to 1,000 guests with state-of-the-art audio and video equipment.
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Concierge. The Chief Concierge will oversee daily concierge services including reservations and communication with guests. Additionally, this role will involve receptionist duties and ensuring excellent customer service for all guests at the hotel.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing top-notch Concierge Services to hotel guests
- Fluency in Arabic language is required
- Must be an active Les Clef d’Or member
- Excellent Reservations management skills
- Superior communication skills - both verbal and written
- Experience with Receptionist Duties is essential
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A thorough understanding of the hospitality industry and local attractions
- Knowledge of local languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
