Warehouse Supervisor
responsibilities:

Record daily receipts of finished goods and other incoming items from external sources in SAP according to actual receipts

Issue raw materials and consumables to operations team daily, based on agreed intervals
-
Report daily consumption and alert for any irregularities
-
Report daily stock levels and raise requirements, maintaining minimum safety stock (1 month for consumables, 2 months for raw materials including goods in transit)
-
Ensure maximum loading efficiency in trailers/containers; alert for empty space to accommodate more material

Track scrap removal/disposal and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse

Train warehouse staff on SAP transactions and barcode utilization for accurate data management

Attend additional tasks from SCM or management to improve performance and achieve company goals

Ensure strict compliance with safety measures and WAM requirements

المهام الوظيفية:

استلام البضائع النهائية يوميًا وأي واردات أخرى من المصادر الخارجية، وتحديث البيانات في نظام SAP حسب الاستلام الفعلي.
-
إصدار المواد الخام وأي مستهلكات يوميًا لفريق العمليات وفق الجدول المتفق عليه.
-
إعداد تقارير يومية عن الاستهلاك والتنبيه عن أي مخالفة أو عدم انتظام.
-
إعداد تقارير يومية عن المخزون ورفع الاحتياجات مع الحفاظ على المخزون الأمني: شهر واحد للمستهلكات وشهرين للمواد الخام (مع مراعاة البضائع في النقل).

التأكد من الاستفادة القصوى من كل شاحنة / حاوية وزيادة الفعالية الاقتصادية من خلال تحميل أكبر كمية ممكنة، وتنبيه عن أي مساحة فارغة لاستيعاب المزيد من المواد.

متابعة التخلص من المخلفات والحفاظ على نظافة كامل مساحة المستودع.
-
تدريب موظفي المستودع على معاملات SAP واستخدام الباركود لضمان دقة البيانات واستخدام SAP بشكل فعال.
-
تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يطلبها قسم سلسلة الإمداد أو الإدارة لتحسين أداء Armacell وتحقيق أهداف الشركة المشتركة.

الالتزام الصارم بإجراءات السلامة ومتطلبات WAM كما هو محدد في الاتفاقية.
