VP – Concession Management

Company: Bahrain Airport Company (BAC)

Job Type: Full-time / Executive

About the Role:

This executive leadership role oversees BAC’s non-aeronautical revenue streams, including retail, F&B, advertising, car parks, car rentals, property, and other concession operations. The VP drives revenue growth, enhances passenger experience, and optimizes concession performance across all commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Portfolio Management:

• Manage non-aero revenue streams exceeding BD13 million.

• Review and optimize current portfolio, identifying inefficiencies.

• Maintain and grow revenue across all categories.

• Create accurate budget forecasts and ensure Opex targets are met.

• Mentor and guide teams on revenue targets, forecasting, and risk management.

Commercial Strategy & Development:

• Develop commercial strategies to attract world-class tenants and brands.

• Improve the Property and Retail portfolio, identifying new income streams.

• Review leases and improve commercial agreements for profitability.

• Devise strategies for car rental markets, enhancing tenant relationships and service offerings.

Car Park & Ground Transportation Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, staff, and revenue of all car parks at BIA.

• Optimize service roads, executive, staff, and rental car parks.

• Improve customer satisfaction and revenue performance.

• Introduce revenue-sharing contracts for transparency and accurate sales reporting.

Operational Excellence & Passenger Experience:

• Enhance the commercial offering within limited resources.

• Attract new market entrants and test innovative revenue models.

• Ensure all activities align with passenger experience improvement goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven executive experience managing large-scale commercial operations.

• Strong background in revenue management, retail, F&B, property, and concessions.

• Expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and operational excellence.

عن الوظيفة:

يتولى قيادة استراتيجية شركة مطار البحرين (BAC) في مجالات البيع بالتجزئة، الأغذية والمشروبات، الإعلانات، مواقف السيارات، والامتيازات غير الجوية. ويهدف هذا الدور إلى تعزيز نمو الإيرادات، أداء الامتيازات، وتجربة المسافرين عبر جميع المساحات التجارية.

يشرف على تحسين استغلال المساحات التجارية والتخطيط، إدارة الفئات التجارية، واتفاقيات الامتياز، مع الشراكة مع الأطراف المعنية لتقديم منتجات وخدمات جديدة تتوافق مع احتياجات العملاء.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. إدارة الإيرادات غير الجوية:

   • إدارة مصادر الإيرادات غير الجوية لشركة BAC بما في ذلك العقارات، الامتيازات التجارية، مواقف السيارات، تأجير السيارات، الإعلانات، الأغذية والمشروبات، وجميع مصادر الإيرادات المرتبطة بالفئة غير الجوية.

   • إدارة الإيرادات التي تتجاوز 13 مليون دينار بحريني.

   • مراجعة الحافظة الحالية ومعالجة أي كفاءات ضعيفة.

   • الحفاظ على نمو الإيرادات عبر جميع الفئات.

   • إنشاء توقعات ميزانية دقيقة وقابلة للتحقيق لدعم أهداف الإيرادات.

   • التأكد من تحقيق أهداف ميزانية التشغيل (Opex).

   • توجيه الفريق في إدارة أهداف الإيرادات، إعداد التوقعات، وتحديد المخاطر على الدخل.

2. إدارة مواقف السيارات والنقل البري:

   • مسؤول عن جميع مواقف السيارات في مطار البحرين الدولي، بما في ذلك العمليات اليومية، إدارة الموظفين، والإيرادات.

   • إدارة الطرق الخدمية، مواقف تأجير السيارات، ومواقف السيارات التنفيذية والعاملين.

   • تحسين العرض التجاري بالموارد المحدودة.

   • جذب مشغلين جدد لاختبار السوق.

   • تقديم عقود مشاركة الإيرادات لضمان الشفافية والتقارير المالية.

   • تحسين تجربة المسافرين بشكل عام.

3. تطوير الحافظة العقارية والتجزئة:

   • تطوير الحافظة الحالية للمحطات لتحديد مصادر دخل جديدة، تحسين العمليات، وإنشاء هيكل إداري لحماية الإيرادات.

   • تصميم وتنفيذ استراتيجية تجارية لجذب أفضل العلامات التجارية والمستأجرين إلى BAC.

   • جذب مشغلين عالميين يمثلون أفضل الشركات الدولية والإقليمية والمحلية.

   • مراجعة العقود الحالية وتحسين شروط الاتفاقيات التجارية.

4. استراتيجية سوق تأجير السيارات:

   • تحسين معايير الخدمة في سوق تأجير السيارات.

   • تعزيز علاقات المستأجرين وإنشاء اتفاقيات تجارية لتحسين العروض.

   • تحسين العرض التجاري بالموارد المحدودة وجذب مشغلين جدد لاختبار السوق.

   • تقديم عقود مشاركة الإيرادات لضمان الشفافية والتقارير المالية.
