SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance to ensure transparency
-
Reconciliation of bank accounts and handling banking transactions
-
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for Senior Management
-
Monitor inflow and outflow of funds and ensure optimum utilization of available funds
-
Verification and validation of all accounting transactions
-
G/L entries, bookkeeping, voucher entries, verifying transactions, and preparing expense reports
-
Ensure adequate controls are in place to safeguard the company assets
-
Handle internal and external audit, GL scrutiny, and corrective actions
-
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow, and fund flow statements on a monthly basis
-
Experience with VAT, monthly return filing, and scrutiny of invoices for VAT applicability
-
Lead the month-end close process, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately
-
Coordinate corporate finance and inter-company matters for all financial and commercial matters of the division

مطلوب خريجو محاسبة حاصلون على شهادة CA Inter مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجالات الإنشاءات، الهندسة، أو الصناعات البحرية

إعداد البيانات المالية بدقة لضمان الشفافية

تسوية الحسابات المصرفية ومعالجة المعاملات البنكية
-
إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية حسب الحاجة للإدارة العليا
-
متابعة التدفقات المالية وضمان الاستخدام الأمثل للأموال المتاحة
-
التحقق والتصديق على جميع المعاملات المحاسبية
-
إدخال قيود اليومية، مسك الدفاتر، إدخال السندات، التحقق من المعاملات، وإعداد تقارير المصروفات
-
ضمان وجود ضوابط كافية لحماية أصول الشركة
-
التعامل مع التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي، مراجعة القيود، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية
-
إعداد تقارير MIS، وبيانات التدفقات النقدية والمالية شهريًا
-
خبرة في ضريبة القيمة المضافة، تقديم الإقرارات الشهرية، ومراجعة الفواتير للتحقق من تطبيق الضريبة

قيادة عملية إغلاق نهاية الشهر، وضمان تسجيل جميع المعاملات المالية بدقة
-
التنسيق مع المالية المؤسسية والشركات التابعة لجميع الأمور المالية والتجارية للقسم
