Receptionist (Healthcare Patient Services)
Duties and Responsibilities

Handle patient appointments (book, confirm, cancel, and reschedule)

Manage telephone inquiries

Send call requests through the system for doctors to take immediate action

Print medical reports for patients

Manage cash float daily

Maintain security of valuable items in the reception area

Ensure the reception area is presentable at all times

Prepare daily sales reports and send to Accounts/Sales & Marketing/MD

Process payment approvals for medical procedures from insurance companies

Follow up with patients for pending bookings/appointments

Follow up on approvals from insurance companies

Prepare requests for replenishment of CD/DVDs and other office supplies in the reception area
Diagnostic Radiologist
Responsibilities
-
Interpret medical images accurately and provide timely diagnoses
-
Consult with referring physicians and recommend follow-up procedures
-
Train and mentor junior radiologists and healthcare staff
-
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and research projects
-
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
-
Proficient use of radiology information systems, PACS, FNAC, and IVP
Sonographer
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform various ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, and vascular studies

Prepare patients for exams and explain procedures

Obtain relevant patient medical histories

Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment

Utilize advanced imaging techniques and protocols

Analyze images for quality and diagnostic standards

Recognize and document abnormalities

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to discuss findings

Assist in training new staff or students

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field

أخصائي الأشعة التشخيصية (Diagnostic Radiologist)

تفسير الصور الطبية مثل الأشعة السينية، الأشعة المقطعية، الرنين المغناطيسي، والموجات فوق الصوتية لتشخيص وعلاج الحالات الطبية.

العمل مع الأطباء الآخرين لتقديم تشخيصات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
-
تدريب وإرشاد أخصائيي الأشعة الجدد وبقية فريق الرعاية الصحية.
-
متابعة التطورات الحديثة في مجال الأشعة والالتزام بالتعلم المستمر.
-
المشاركة في اجتماعات الفرق متعددة التخصصات والمشاريع البحثية، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير واللوائح المعمول بها.المهارات المطلوبة: الإلمام بأنظمة معلومات الأشعة وPACS، واستخدام FNAC وIVP بشكل مناسب.
القدرة على التنقل/الانتقال:

المنامة: التنقل بشكل موثوق أو الاستعداد للانتقال مع توفير حزمة إعادة توطين من قبل صاحب العمل (يفضل)
الخبرة:
-
أخصائي أشعة استشاري: 10 سنوات (يفضل)
فني الموجات فوق الصوتية (Sonographer)
-
إجراء الفحوصات بالموجات فوق الصوتية: إجراء فحوصات للبطن، والتوليد، وأمراض النساء، والأوعية الدموية.
-
التعامل مع المرضى: تجهيز المرضى للفحوصات وشرح الإجراءات لضمان راحتهم، والحصول على التاريخ الطبي والمعلومات اللازمة.
-
تشغيل المعدات: تشغيل معدات الموجات فوق الصوتية وضمان صيانتها ومعايرتها بشكل صحيح.
-
تحليل الصور: التأكد من جودة الصور ومطابقتها للمعايير التشخيصية، والتعرف على الشذوذ أو النتائج الهامة وتوثيقها.
-
التعاون: العمل مع الأطباء وبقية الفريق الطبي لمناقشة النتائج والمساهمة في رعاية المرضى، والمساعدة في تدريب الموظفين الجدد أو الطلاب.

حفظ السجلات: الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للإجراءات والمعلومات الطبية ونتائج الفحوصات، وضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة والرعاية الصحية.
المؤهلات:

التعليم: درجة الدبلوم في تقنيات الموجات فوق الصوتية التشخيصية أو مجال ذي صلة.
-
المهارات: مهارات فنية قوية في تشغيل المعدات، مهارات تواصل ممتازة، ودقة عالية للعمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
