Washerman – Medical & Commercial Laundry
Job Responsibilities – Washerman:

Inspect all items before processing and report any damaged fabric to the supervisor.

Segregate fabrics into colored and white for washing.
-
Treat stained fabrics separately before washing.
-
Handle medical laundry including blood-stained, soiled linen, vomit, and excretion.
-
Manage yellow and red bags according to medical laundry protocols.
-
Use PPE at all times while working in medical laundry.
-
Comply with NHRA regulations, including vaccination and training for medical laundry.
-
Follow fabric tag instructions and machine guidelines.
-
Hand wash items that cannot be machine washed.
-
Understand chemical programs for effective washing results.
-
Load machines according to their capacity.
-
Inform the supervisor in advance of chemical or starch requirements.
Job Responsibilities – Hand Presser / Steam Presser:
-
Check all items before pressing.
-
Complete pressing jobs according to schedule and Martinizing quality standards.
-
Pass stained items to washer or dry cleaner.
-
Report damaged items immediately to the Laundry Manager.
-
Coordinate with dry cleaners and washermen.
-
Clean pressing machines at the end of each shift using company-provided cleaning solutions and lubricants.
Other Responsibilities:

Steam iron coats/jackets using rotary machines.
-
Sort and hang official uniforms and contract clothes.
-
Flat iron hospital and contract items.
-
Sort, hang, fold, and wrap customers’ clothes, blankets, duvets, towels, and other items.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-
Operate machines safely and maintain them according to instructions.
Driver – Laundry Services
Job Responsibilities:

Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
-
Drive manual and automatic vehicles safely according to Bahrain traffic regulations.
-
Check oil, water, fuel, and vehicle condition before each shift; clean vehicles daily.
-
Maintain accurate logs of kilometers, fuel, maintenance, insurance, and registration.
-
Collect and deliver customer laundry carefully from contracts, branches, and other locations.
-
Load and unload laundry at the premises efficiently.
-
Use Google Maps and communicate professionally with customers.
-
Promote mobile laundry services and the company application.
-
Work in shifts as instructed by the manager.
-
Comply with NHRA regulations, including vaccination for medical laundry work.

فرز وتعليق الزي الرسمي للعقود.
-
كي الملابس بالمكواة المسطحة (الأسطوانة) للمستشفيات والعقود.
-
فرز وتعليق ملابس العملاء حسب اللون والنوع.
-
طي وتغليف البطانيات والمناشف والقطع الأخرى.
-
تنظيف موقع العمل واستخدام المعدات بحذر واتباع التعليمات.
سائق (Driver)
المهام الوظيفية:

المحافظة على المظهر اللائق في جميع الأوقات.
-
القدرة على قيادة السيارات اليدوية والأوتوماتيكية.
-
فحص مستوى الزيت والماء والوقود وحالة السيارة قبل بدء العمل وتنظيف السيارة صباحًا.
-
قيادة مركبة الشركة وفق قوانين المرور في البحرين.
-
تسجيل الكيلومترات والتحقق من حالة السيارة بعد كل وردية، وضمان الصيانة الدورية وصلاحية التأمين والتسجيل.
-
جمع وتسليم ملابس العملاء بعناية من المواقع المختلفة كما يوجه المشرف.
-
تحميل وتنزيل الملابس من وإلى الغسيل.
-
استخدام خرائط Google والتواصل مع العملاء بطريقة مهنية وفعالة.
-
تعزيز خدمات الغسيل المتنقل والتطبيق الخاص بالشركة.
-
العمل بنظام الورديات حسب تعليمات المدير.
-
الحصول على التطعيمات المطلوبة وفق لوائح NHRA للعمل في الغسيل الطبي.
