SALES ENGINEER – LIGHTING

Duties and Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and promote the company’s presence in the lighting sector. Drive sales revenue and enhance profit margins through innovative lighting solutions tailored to customer needs. Perform lighting design and LUX level calculations according to standards and client requirements. Review project specifications and drawings from clients/contractors to determine project scope and requirements. Conduct quantity take-offs from electrical layouts to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Select luminaires based on project specifications from the company’s product portfolio and prepare cost estimates and quotations. Develop technical submittals and product prequalification documents for consultant/client approval. Coordinate with manufacturers for product selection, technical support, and documentation.
APPLICATION ENGINEER – HVAC

Duties and Responsibilities
Study tender documents, project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and contractual requirements related to HVAC systems. Carry out HVAC heat load calculations using approved software such as HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) and other engineering tools. Perform system design, equipment sizing, and selection in compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and international standards. Prepare and submit technical submittals, data sheets, compliance statements, and material approval documents. Prepare Method Statements (MAS), technical calculations, and engineering documentation in coordination with project and site teams. Prepare and process Material Request Notes (MRNs) in coordination with project, procurement, and site teams. Coordinate with principals, manufacturers, and suppliers for equipment selection, technical clarifications, and approvals.
ASSISTANT MANAGER – PROJECT PLANNING

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project programs, including MAS/DRG schedules, targets, timelines, and detailed look-ahead schedules aligned with site execution. Prepare, update, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, including baseline, recovery, and revised programs. Monitor project milestones and track actual progress against the approved baseline program. Prepare and submit program versus progress reports, including weekly and monthly progress updates, dashboards, and management summaries. Track and monitor job progress reports, drawing schedules, and material schedules to ensure alignment with approved program. Identify potential risks, constraints, and delays affecting project timelines and analyze schedule impacts. Develop and propose mitigation strategies, recovery plans, delay analyses, and Time Impact Analyses (TIA), and support Extension of Time (EOT) submissions in coordination with the contracts team. Prepare manpower requirement forecasts and deployment plans in accordance with the project program, and coordinate manpower allocation with project and site teams. Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials in line with approved schedules. Act as a coordination link between planning, project management, construction teams, and clients to ensure program alignment. Attend site meetings, conduct site visits as required, and maintain accurate and up-to-date planning documentation and records. Ensure planned work sequences comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Perform any other duties within the field of competence as assigned by the Head of Department.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline). 7–10 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling of HVAC/MEP projects. Strong knowledge of project planning, progress monitoring, manpower and resource planning, and reporting. Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, with strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in preparing baseline and updated programs, look-ahead schedules, and progress reports; exposure to delay analysis and Time Impact Analysis (TIA) is an advantage. AICP and/or PMP certification is an added advantage.
