Job Description
BAHRAIN – REQUIRED FOR REPUTED COMPANY
HVAC Project Engineer – 10 Nos.
- Residential and commercial projects experience only
- Review tender documents, drawings, and BOQ at project commencement
- Responsible for project scheduling and timely completion
- Prepare material submittals and HVAC shop drawings based on IFC drawings and obtain consultant approvals
- Technical selection of HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, fans) and prepare technical/commercial comparisons
- Perform HVAC calculations including heat load, ESP, pump head, staircase pressurization
- Allocate personnel and resources for efficient execution
- Ensure execution aligns with quality plan and manpower budget
- Oversee design, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems
- Prepare method statements, ITP, and risk assessments

مهندس مشروع HVAC – العدد المطلوب: 10
- خبرة في المشاريع السكنية والتجارية فقط.
- مراجعة وتحليل مستندات المناقصات والرسومات وجداول الكميات.
- مسؤول عن جدولة المشاريع وضمان الإنجاز في الوقت المحدد.
- إعداد طلبات المواد ورسومات الورش HVAC والحصول على موافقات الاستشاري.
- الاختيار الفني لمعدات HVAC (تشيلرات، AHU، FCU، مضخات، مراوح).
- إعداد مقارنات فنية وتجارية لعروض الموردين.
- إجراء حسابات HVAC مثل الحمل الحراري وضغط الهواء ورأس المضخات وضغط السلالم.
- توزيع الموارد البشرية والتقنية لضمان تنفيذ فعال.
- ضمان تنفيذ المشروع وفق خطة الجودة وميزانية العمالة.
- الإشراف على التصميم والتركيب والاختبار والتشغيل.
- إعداد منهجيات التركيب والتشغيل وخطط الفحص والاختبار وتقييم المخاطر.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 إلى 5 سنوات داخل دول الخليج.
