Early Careers – Operations Maintenance
About the Role:
This role focuses on keeping operations running smoothly by supporting the maintenance team. It combines technical knowledge, problem-solving, and continuous improvement to optimize equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Engineer Focus:

Identify and capture opportunities to improve equipment maintainability and reliability.

Apply Lean Six Sigma and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) practices to optimize workflows.

Stay current with latest equipment, technologies, and maintenance methods.
-
Champion data and service quality within the maintenance organization.
-
Assist in planning for equipment and maintenance resources.
-
Utilize asset management and maintenance systems data to enhance performance.
Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Technician Focus:

Analyze problems and perform repairs on equipment.
-
Maintain equipment to the highest standards.
-
Improve asset availability through continuous improvement initiatives.

Support the implementation of reliability practices across operations.

Complete structured training programs to develop required skills.
Requirements:

Minimum degree or relevant experience in engineering or technical field.

Aptitude for hands-on work and strong analytical skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

المتطلبات:

الحصول على الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات العلمية أو الخبرة المطلوبة.
