Admin & Operations Coordinator – Government & Finance Support
Provide administrative and personal support to the team, including coordination, documentation, and follow-ups, including Tamkeen-related activities. Coordinate with government authorities such as LMRA and Commerce for CR-related tasks, visas, and required submissions. Support accounts receivable and accounts payable coordination, including collection follow-ups, vendor payments, and related documentation. Handle Intercol JV exit-related formalities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Track and follow up on operational tasks to ensure timely completion and compliance. Maintain organized records for government and finance documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong administrative and coordination skills with attention to detail. Experience in handling government-related procedures such as LMRA and CR tasks. Knowledge of basic finance coordination including AR/AP processes. Ability to manage documentation, follow-ups, and multi-task effectively.
