Roles & Responsibilities
Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and Bill of Quantities at project commencement. Responsible for project scheduling and ensuring timely completion. Prepare material submittals in accordance with project specifications, develop HVAC shop drawings based on IFC drawings, and obtain consultant approvals. Conduct technical selection of HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and fans) and prepare technical and commercial comparisons of supplier quotes. Perform HVAC calculations including heat load, external static pressure, pump head, and staircase pressurization assessments. Allocate personnel and resources to ensure efficient project execution. Roles & Responsibilities
Manage commercial aspects of MEP projects from post-tender award to final account closure. Prepare and control cash flow forecasts. Measure, value, and certify MEP works executed at site per contract conditions. Prepare monthly interim payment applications, cost reports, and final accounts. Identify, evaluate, and price variations, change orders, and scope changes. Maintain records for measurements, approvals, and contractual correspondence. Assist in claims preparation including cost impact for variations and extensions of time (EOT). Ensure compliance with FIDIC or other applicable contract forms used in Bahrain.
