Position: Tadarab Intern - Audit & Assurance
During Your Tenure As a Tadarab Intern:
- Be responsible for the preparation of audit strategy and business plans, setting budgets and pricing, scheduling audits, selecting staff and assigning workloads, and financial reporting.
- Assume responsibility for small components of engagements and contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel.
- Recognize and communicate opportunities to sell "add-on" work to client and contribute to a positive team attitude.
- Demonstrate your ability to plan and manage engagements and people along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines.
- Develop and motivate all audit staff and provide them with counseling and career guidance.

Qualifications And Technical Capabilities:
- Graduates, no experience required
- Minimum GPA: 3 out of 4
- BA in Accounting or Finance majors (or equivalent)
- Desire to make a career in professional services (SOCPA/CPA)
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and people skills, with strong emphasis on teamwork
- Ability to operate and understand project/program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality deliverables
- Strong administrative and numeracy skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment with flexible work hours
Senior | Internal Audit | Bahrain
Qualifications And Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- Holding or working towards professional qualification such as CIA, CISA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Internal Audit principles and methodology, including risk-based auditing aligned with IIA standards/IPPF
- Good knowledge of internal controls including design and operating effectiveness
- Understanding of risk assessment, audit planning, scoping, and sampling approach
- Internal Audit report writing skills and understanding of rating methodology
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English

المؤهلات والمهارات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- حيازة أو العمل على الحصول على مؤهل مهني مثل CIA، CISA، ACCA، CPA أو ما يعادله ميزة إضافية.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ وأساليب التدقيق الداخلي، بما في ذلك التدقيق المعتمد على المخاطر وفق معايير IIA/IPPF.
- معرفة جيدة بالضوابط الداخلية، بما في ذلك تصميم الضوابط وفعاليتها التشغيلية.
- فهم تقييم المخاطر، تخطيط التدقيق، تحديد نطاق التدقيق، ونهج أخذ العينات.
