About the job
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role includes planning, scheduling, coordinating contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control the time, cost, and quality of the project.

• Plan and schedule different phases of the project based on established deadlines.

• Coordinate all aspects of the project process, including hiring contractors and working with engineering consultants and vendors.

• Support negotiation of contractual terms with clients, sub-contractors, and vendors.

• Monitor progress, including productivity of equipment and manpower, and prepare detailed reports.

• Resolve technical and operational problems that arise due to emergencies or other issues causing delays.

• Prepare project proposals with estimates and set benchmarks.

• Develop and implement training and development programs for team members.

• Mentor team members for improved individual and corporate performance.

• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.

• Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships.

• Protect organizational values by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical or Process Engineering).

• Minimum 15 years of total experience in Oil & Gas projects with at least 5 years as a Project Manager for medium EPC contractors.

• Additional qualification in Business Administration is desirable.

• Experience in Oil and Gas upstream facilities.

• PMP or equivalent certification preferable.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Knowledge of client base across the Oil & Gas GCC market (preferably in Bahrain).

• Experience managing project engineering teams, vendors, suppliers, and procurement.

• Familiarity with Profit and Loss (P&L) management.

• Knowledge of contracts administration and change order processes.

• Experience obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

يتحمل مدير المشروع مسؤولية التحكم في الوقت والتكلفة وجودة المشروع، وضمان تنفيذ جميع مراحل المشروع وفق الجداول الزمنية المحددة. يشمل الدور التنسيق بين جميع جوانب المشروع، بما في ذلك التعاقد مع المقاولين والعمل مع الاستشاريين الهندسيين والموردين، بالإضافة إلى دعم التفاوض على الشروط التعاقدية مع العملاء والمقاولين الفرعيين والموردين.

المسؤوليات:

• التحكم في الوقت والتكلفة وجودة المشروع.

• التخطيط وجدولة مراحل المشروع المختلفة وفق المواعيد النهائية المحددة.

• تنسيق جميع جوانب عملية المشروع بما في ذلك التعاقد مع المقاولين والعمل مع الاستشاريين الهندسيين والموردين.

• دعم التفاوض على الشروط التعاقدية مع العملاء والمقاولين الفرعيين والموردين.

• متابعة تقدم المشروع مع القادة الآخرين، بما في ذلك إنتاجية المعدات والكوادر، وإعداد تقارير مفصلة.

• حل المشكلات التقنية والتشغيلية الناتجة عن الطوارئ أو القضايا التي قد تؤدي إلى تأخير.

• إعداد مقترحات المشاريع مع تقديرات وتحديد المعايير المرجعية.

• تطوير وتنفيذ برامج تدريب وتطوير لأعضاء الفريق.

• توجيه أعضاء الفريق لتحسين الأداء الفردي والجماعي.

• ضمان الالتزام باللوائح ومعايير السلامة.

• تطوير العلاقات مع العملاء المحتملين والحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين.

• فهم أهداف الشركة لتعزيز أداء شركة الخريّف.

• حماية قيم المنظمة من خلال الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (يفضل ميكانيكا أو هندسة عمليات).

• خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في مشاريع النفط والغاز، مع خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمدير مشروع لدى مقاولين EPC متوسطين في مشاريع النفط والغاز.

• مؤهل إضافي في إدارة الأعمال مرغوب فيه.

• خبرة في مرافق النفط والغاز العليا.

• شهادة PMP أو ما يعادلها مفضلة.

• معرفة جيدة ببرامج MS Office.

• معرفة جيدة بقاعدة العملاء في سوق النفط والغاز في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (ويفضل البحرين).

• إدارة فريق هندسة المشروع والموردين والمشتريات.

• معرفة بمهارات الأرباح والخسائر (P&L).

• إلمام بإدارة العقود وعملية أوامر التغيير.

• إلمام بإجراءات الحصول على التصاريح والرخص من الجهات المختصة.
