Engineer – Material
key responsibilities:
-
Review and approve contractor’s proposed materials and method statements as delegated by the Resident Engineer
-
Oversight of contractor’s daily activities, including work assignments, performance, and supervision guidance
-
Attend factory visits and supplier plant inspections as required
-
Follow up on testing (laboratory witness) and approvals from relevant authorities
-
Review contractor’s testing requests and completed reports
-
Review and approval of contractor’s submissions as delegated by the Resident Engineer
Senior Project Manager
qualifications & experience:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Water, Waste Water, Sanitation, or Transportation preferred)
-
Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer registration preferred
-
Minimum 15+ years of related work experience, with Middle East design and construction management experience
-
Experience in Roads and Infrastructure projects in the Middle East
skills & attributes:

Knowledge of Middle East construction practices, safety, and quality management systems

Strong design and engineering software proficiency
-
High critical thinking, numerical, and literacy skills in English
-
Negotiation and interpersonal skills

1️⃣ مهندس مواد – AECOM
المهام الوظيفية:
-
مراجعة واعتماد المواد المقترحة من المقاولين وفقًا لمواصفات المشروع والموافقات اللازمة.
-
متابعة الأنشطة اليومية للمقاول بما في ذلك توزيع الأعمال والإشراف على الأداء الميداني.
-
زيارة المصانع ومواقع الموردين عند الحاجة.
-
متابعة الاختبارات المعملية واعتمادها من الجهات المختصة.
-
مراجعة طلبات الاختبارات والتقارير المكتملة من المقاول.
-
مراجعة واعتماد جميع مستندات المقاول كما يفوضه المهندس المقيم.
المتطلبات:
-
خبرة في الإشراف على المواد والموافقات الفنية بالمشاريع.
-
قدرة على التنسيق مع المقاولين والسلطات المعنية.
2️⃣ مدير مشروع أول – AECOM
المهام الوظيفية:
-
إدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية والطرق في الشرق الأوسط، مع التركيز على السعودية والبحرين.
-
الإشراف على عمليات التصميم والتنفيذ وضمان تطبيق أنظمة الجودة والسلامة.
-
استخدام البرامج الهندسية المناسبة لمتابعة المشروع.
-
التخطيط، التفاوض، وحل المشكلات الهندسية والفنية ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات.
المتطلبات:
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في هندسة المشاريع وإدارة التصميم والبناء في الشرق الأوسط.
-
بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، ويفضل ماجستير في هندسة المياه والصرف الصحي أو النقل.
-
يفضل أن يكون مسجلاً كمهندس محترف (Chartered/Professional Engineer).
-
مهارات ممتازة في التفكير النقدي، التواصل، التفاوض، واستخدام الحاسوب.
-
القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحفيز الموظفين وتحقيق نتائج عالية الجودة.
