Hatcon Industrial Services is the official distributor of Belzona products in Bahrain, providing solutions for the repair and protection of industrial assets with over 21 years of experience. Based in Bahrain, we support clients across oil and gas, power, marine, and petrochemical industries, providing performance coatings, repair compounds, composite repair, and preventive maintenance solutions. We assess site conditions, recommend suitable Belzona systems, supply materials, and manage on-site applications through our trained applicators.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Technical Sales Specialist based in Bahrain. You will identify and develop customer relationships, provide technical sales support, and recommend suitable Belzona products and systems. The role includes lead generation, account management, technical presentations, site visits, and close coordination with application and service teams. Attractive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience plus sales incentive will be offered.
Qualifications

Qualified Sales Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience

Mechanical / Chemical Engineers Preferred; NACE Certification(s) will be a plus
-
Valid Bahraini driving license is a must
-
Strong communication and client-facing skills

Exposure to oil and gas, petrochemicals, marine, or similar industries is a plus

Comfortable with site work and cross-team collaboration

المؤهلات:
