HSE Trainer
Responsibilities
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions in classroom, virtual, or blended formats across a wide range of HSE topics.
- Deliver training in accordance with TÜV SÜD Academy standards, ensuring professional facilitation and learner engagement.
- Adapt training delivery to meet client-specific needs and industry requirements.
- Utilize interactive and creative learning methods such as case studies, group activities, and simulations to enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge in occupational health, safety, and environmental standards
- Proven experience in training delivery and content development
- Ability to engage participants and facilitate learning effectively
Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- Proactively source potential candidates through online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.
- Provide regular updates to Manager – Talent Acquisition on recruitment status.
- Coordinate with local and regional TA & HR teams to oversee operations in Bahrain, KSA, Kuwait & Egypt.
- Support teams to close all positions as per SLA.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Civil/Construction, Industrial Transformation, Infrastructure, and Real Estate industries
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and candidate sourcing

- تكييف تقديم التدريب لتلبية احتياجات العملاء المحددة ومتطلبات الصناعة.
- استخدام أساليب التعلم التفاعلية والإبداعية مثل دراسات الحالة والأنشطة الجماعية والمحاكاة لتعزيز مشاركة المشاركين ونتائج التعلم.

مساعد المدير
المسؤوليات
- قم بالبحث بشكل استباقي عن المرشحين المحتملين من خلال لوحات الوظائف عبر الإنترنت ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والشبكات المهنية.
- قم بمراجعة السير الذاتية والطلبات لاختيار المرشحين بناءً على متطلبات الوظيفة ومدى ملاءمة ثقافة الشركة.
- تقديم تحديثات منتظمة إلى مدير اكتساب المواهب بشأن حالة التوظيف.
- التنسيق مع فرق المساعدة الفنية والموارد البشرية المحلية والإقليمية للإشراف على العمليات في البحرين والمملكة العربية السعودية والكويت ومصر.
- فرق الدعم لإغلاق جميع المواقف وفقًا لاتفاقية مستوى الخدمة.

- فهم قوي للصناعات المدنية / الإنشائية، والتحول الصناعي، والبنية التحتية، والعقارات
