Finance Analyst

Role Overview:

The Finance Analyst will focus on Financial Controlling and Credit & Collection (C&C) functions. You will prepare management reports, track performance, analyze collection data, and support both operational and strategic finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Controlling:

• Prepare Value Creation Cockpits and Performance Management decks for Sales and Collection.

• Identify performance gaps and propose improvement actions.

• Develop monthly OPEX tracking reports to monitor deviations from plan.

• Support regional and global projects (financial planning, year-end closing).

• Ensure postings comply with internal Finance Manual guidelines.

• Validate Sales team targets and bonus ratings.

• Liaise with external auditors and support internal controls for Fixed Assets, P2P, and HR.

Credit & Collection (C&C):

• Analyze reports (aging, collection reports) to prioritize customers and create action plans.

• Maintain accurate system records of customer interactions, payments, and agreements.

• Allocate customer payments based on remittances or advice.

• Coordinate collection activities with Sales Department and respond to Account Manager queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Engineering.

• Professional qualification: CPA, ACCA, or CMA required.

• Excellent analytical skills and high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize and present analysis.

• Self-starter with ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines independently.

• Can-do attitude, driven, and passionate about Finance.

• التعاون مع الفرق الإقليمية والعالمية لتنفيذ المشاريع والمبادرات المالية مثل التخطيط المالي وإغلاق السنة المالية.

• مراجعة أهداف فرق المبيعات والتحقق من نسب الإنجاز وتقييم المكافآت النهائية المقدمة من الفريق المالي الإقليمي.

• التعاون مع المدققين الخارجيين خلال مراجعة نهاية السنة ودعم تنفيذ الرقابة الداخلية على الأصول الثابتة، وP2P، والموارد البشرية.

• تحليل أدوات التقارير الخاصة بالتحصيل (مثل تقارير التقدم والتحصيل) لتحديد العملاء ذوي الأولوية ووضع خطط عمل مستهدفة.

• تحديث سجلات النظام بجميع المحادثات مع العملاء لضمان دقة الحسابات ومطابقتها مع العملاء.

• التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين، بما في ذلك التعامل مع استفسارات مديري الحسابات ومتابعة أنشطة التحصيل مع قسم المبيعات.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• شهادة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة، الأعمال، الاقتصاد أو الهندسة.

• مؤهل مهني مطلوب مثل CPA أو ACCA أو CMA.

• مهارات تحليلية ممتازة وإتقان عالي لبرنامج Microsoft Excel.
