Project Engineer – Duct Installation (HVAC)

Job Description / Role Overview

Project Engineer with strong knowledge of HVAC duct systems and installation. The candidate will be responsible for managing duct and equipment installation projects, coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams, while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of works.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee duct installation works as per approved drawings and project requirements.

2. Review and interpret technical drawings, ensure works are executed as per design, and update deviations if any.

3. Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and factory teams to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Prepare and verify quantities of materials and ensure efficient utilization without wastage.

5. Prepare and track the progress report regularly and plan for required resources.

6. Monitor and track day-to-day site progress, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality standards.

7. Plan and organize required manpower for progress and completion as per the project timeline.

8. If any deviations are found, estimate the deviation and prepare variation submission documents and follow up to get approval.

9. Ensure all safety protocols and site requirements are strictly followed.

10. Ensure the timely completion of the project within approved timelines.

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership

   • Manage the end-to-end execution of HVAC projects, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.

   • Define project objectives, deliverables, and scope in alignment with client and company goals.

2. Coordination & Client Interface

   • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

   • Liaise with government authorities (e.g., Bahrain Civil Defense, EWA, MOH) to obtain required project approvals and resolve site-related issues promptly.

3. Planning & Scheduling

مهندس مشروع – تركيب مجاري الهواء (HVAC)

الوصف الوظيفي والمسؤوليات:

• مهندس مشروع ذو معرفة قوية بأنظمة مجاري الهواء وتركيبها في أنظمة HVAC.

• مسؤول عن إدارة مشاريع تركيب المجاري والمعدات، والتنسيق مع المقاولين الرئيسيين، المقاولين الفرعيين، والفرق الداخلية، مع ضمان الجودة والسلامة وتسليم الأعمال في الوقت المحدد.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. إدارة والإشراف على أعمال تركيب المجاري وفق الرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة.

2. مراجعة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق التصميم، وتحديث أي انحرافات عند الحاجة.

3. التنسيق مع المقاولين الرئيسيين والفرعيين وفرق المصنع لضمان سير المشروع بسلاسة.
