Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Reach Behavior & Development Center

About Us:

Reach is a leading and accredited Behavior & Development Center providing ABA, Occupational, and Speech Therapy programs for children. Our programs aim to foster independence in communication, social skills, behavior, cognitive functioning, and life skills. We serve children with a variety of learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, and developmental delays, collaborating closely with families and schools.

Job Goal:

The BCBA will coordinate and deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services, conduct functional analyses and assessments, implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and teach adaptive life skills. The BCBA will also oversee programming for associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to ensure proper implementation and documentation of Behavior Support Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans.

• Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses.

• Supervise and mentor Direct Support Professionals and associate behavior analysts.

• Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting programs as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Special Education or a related human services field.

• BCBA certification with at least 1 year of experience.

• Proven experience working with children with developmental delays.

• Positive, self-starting, and confident individual with strong communication skills.
