Beach Manager
The Beach Operations Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the beach, including sunbed rental, aquapark, and watersports activities. The role leads and manages all beach staff, ensures safe, compliant, and efficient operations, and maintains high standards of customer service and beach presentation. Plans, coordinates, and manages corporate events, private bookings, group activities, and special events, liaising with clients, authorities, and partners to ensure smooth execution. Acts as the senior on-site authority, handling operational issues, staff performance, safety compliance, and reporting to management.Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in beach operations, hospitality, or leisure management
- Ability to manage events, bookings, and external stakeholders

Sunbed Attendant
Responsible for the daily operation of the sunbed area by assisting guests, allocating sunbeds, setting up and maintaining sunbeds and umbrellas, and ensuring the area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Provides courteous customer service, explains pricing and rules, supports event setups when required, enforces basic beach guidelines, and reports any issues, damages, or guest concerns to the Sunbed Operations Supervisor.Requirements
