Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Build business by actively seeking new sales opportunities, identifying prospects, and researching leads
- Set up meetings with potential clients and deliver presentations on how the products & services offered align with the solutions needed
- Consistently achieve sales targets
- Maintain quality service by handling client inquiries and complaints accordingly
- Prepare and send quotations or proposals as per the pricing approved by Management
- Ensure collection is executed in a complete and timely manner
- Identify product improvements or potential new product development based on current market trend, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Prepare and present accurate sales & collection reports to be submitted to the Sales Head on a regular basis

- قم بتنمية أعمالك من خلال البحث النشط عن فرص مبيعات جديدة، وتحديد العملاء المحتملين، والبحث عن العملاء المتوقعين.
- قم بترتيب اجتماعات مع العملاء المحتملين وقدم عروضًا توضيحية حول كيفية توافق المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة مع الحلول المطلوبة.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات باستمرار
- حافظ على جودة الخدمة من خلال التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء بشكل مناسب.
- إعداد وإرسال عروض الأسعار أو المقترحات وفقًا للأسعار المعتمدة من قبل الإدارة
- ضمان تنفيذ عملية التحصيل بشكل كامل وفي الوقت المناسب
- تحديد تحسينات المنتج أو تطوير منتجات جديدة محتملة بناءً على اتجاهات السوق الحالية واحتياجات العملاء وأنشطة المنافسين
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير دقيقة عن المبيعات والتحصيلات لتقديمها إلى رئيس قسم المبيعات بشكل دوري.
