Main Objectives & Duties:

As a Gulf Air Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction. As the frontline ambassadors of the airline, you will represent the image and values of Gulf Air, helping to build customer confidence and loyalty through exceptional service.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum High School education

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage

• Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential

• Professional, customer-oriented approach with the ability to remain composed in challenging situations

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams and multicultural customers

ANALYST – AIRPORT END USER SUPPORT

Main Duties:

1. Receive incident reports and service requests from users via telephone, SAHAB, or email

2. Perform incident classification, prioritization, and correlation with other reported incidents and known errors

3. Record all required incident details in the incident management system

4. Link incident records to user ID and configurations

5. Provide first-level support and attempt incident resolution, including remote control if required

6. Escalate incidents to level 3 support by creating work orders on Service Desk and assigning to the appropriate support group

7. Track incidents until closure and keep users informed of status updates

8. Perform functional escalation if resolution times exceed agreed service levels

9. Conduct selective quality checks on closed incidents and service requests

10. Link service request records to user ID and configurations

DEMAND AND FLIGHT ANALYST

Main Objectives:

• Play a key role in maximizing unit revenue and profitability

• Manage short-term and long-term demand forecasting, reflecting changes in competition, schedules, and fares

• Plan and monitor performance during special event periods to maximize value

• Responsible for route, flight-level, and overbooking strategies

1. Develop inventory strategies aligned with the company’s financial goals and objectives

FINANCIAL ANALYST – FINANCIAL CONTROL

Risk, Compliance and Business Continuity:

• Act with due care, skill, and diligence to ensure compliance with the aviation group’s risk culture, policies, procedures, Code of Conduct, and Values

• Foster openness, transparency, and accountability regarding compliance with external regulations and internal risk policies

• Ensure compliance issues are raised and resolved promptly

• Educate stakeholders and reportees on aviation-related risk and compliance matters and ensure completion of mandatory training

• Report any knowledge or suspicion of financial crime or safety violations in accordance with HR Employee Relations Whistle Blowing Policy

SENIOR ANALYST – DATA ANALYTICS

Technical Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and Tableau

• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods, data visualization techniques, and data mining concepts

• Familiarity with data manipulation and transformation techniques

• Understanding of basic machine learning algorithms and their application in data analytics

• Ability to work with large datasets, including data cleansing and manipulation

المهام الرئيسية:

• استقبال بلاغات الأعطال وطلبات الخدمة عبر الهاتف أو نظام SAHAB أو البريد الإلكتروني.

• تصنيف الأعطال وتحديد أولوياتها وربطها بالأعطال المعروفة.

• تسجيل جميع تفاصيل الحوادث في نظام إدارة الحوادث.

• ربط سجل الحادث بهوية المستخدم وإعدادات النظام.

• تقديم الدعم الفني من المستوى الأول ومحاولة حل المشكلة، مع استخدام التحكم عن بُعد عند الحاجة.

• تصعيد الحالات إلى الدعم من المستوى الثالث عند الضرورة وإنشاء أوامر عمل عبر نظام Service Desk.

• متابعة الحوادث حتى الإغلاق وإبقاء المستخدم على اطلاع بالحالة.

• التصعيد الوظيفي في حال تجاوز أوقات الحل المتفق عليها.

• إجراء فحوصات جودة انتقائية على الحوادث وطلبات الخدمة المغلقة.

• ربط طلبات الخدمة بهوية المستخدم والإعدادات.
