Customer Relationship
- Manage administrative and operational matters for the Airfreight department.
- Oversee daily coordination of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipments.
- Develop strong customer relationships and maintain service quality for key accounts based on contractual agreements and SOP standards.
- Ensure 24/7 responsiveness, professionalism, and efficiency during assigned working shifts.
Documentation & Transportation
- Process, coordinate, and document customer shipment requirements.
- Monitor and update AOG shipment movement status regularly.
- Coordinate transportation operations related to urgent airfreight logistics.
- Ensure accuracy in operational records and shipping documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in airfreight, logistics coordination, or aviation shipment operations.Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent operational requests.
- Knowledge of shipment documentation and transportation coordination.
- Availability for shift-based or 24/7 operational support.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

- ضمان الاستجابة على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع، والاحترافية، والكفاءة خلال فترات العمل المحددة.
التوثيق والنقل
- معالجة وتنسيق وتوثيق متطلبات شحن العملاء.
- قم بمراقبة وتحديث حالة حركة شحنات الطائرات المعطلة بانتظام.
- تنسيق عمليات النقل المتعلقة بالخدمات اللوجستية العاجلة للشحن الجوي.
- ضمان دقة السجلات التشغيلية ووثائق الشحن.
متطلبات
- خبرة في الشحن الجوي، أو تنسيق الخدمات اللوجستية، أو عمليات الشحن الجوي. مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والتواصل.
