Overview:

Job Purpose:

Provide expert support in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing LAN/WAN networks, ensuring secure, reliable operations for government systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer LAN/WAN operations according to government policies and procedures.

• Coordinate and implement network software and hardware upgrades.

• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN performance, connectivity, and related issues.

• Administer network security measures, including antivirus and spam control.

• Be available on-call 24/7 in case of network failures or emergencies.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth network operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Necessary Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong troubleshooting, analytic, and diagnostic skills.
