Network Officer (Bahrain Based)
About the Job – Main Purpose:
The Network Officer is responsible for the strategic development, optimization, and management of the company's service provider network. This includes identifying new service providers, maintaining high-quality partnerships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective network management. The role requires leveraging data-driven insights to improve network performance, reduce costs, and support business growth.

Bill Collector
Responsibilities:

Proactively contact clients with overdue accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence

Negotiate payment schedules and settlement agreements

Maintain accurate records of collection activities, communications, and payment promises

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and client disputes
-
Prepare and present reports on collection status and accounts receivable
-
Ensure collection activities comply with company policies and legal regulations
-
Liaise with internal departments to clarify billing information and support collections
Qualifications:
-
0–2 years of experience as a Bill Collector or in Accounts Receivable/Credit Control
-
Strong understanding of billing procedures and debt collection practices
-
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally

High accuracy and strong attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting/collection software

Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role with a strong portfolio

المسؤوليات:

التواصل الاستباقي مع العملاء المتأخرين في السداد عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني والمراسلات.

التفاوض على جداول السداد والاتفاقيات لتسوية المبالغ المستحقة.
-
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومحدثة لجميع أنشطة التحصيل والتواصل والوعود بالدفع.
-
التحقيق في الفروقات وحل النزاعات المتعلقة بالفواتير بسرعة واحترافية.
-
إعداد وتقديم تقارير عن حالة التحصيل وحسابات المدينين للإدارة.

ضمان التزام جميع أنشطة التحصيل بسياسات الشركة والقوانين ذات الصلة.
