AREA MANAGER (LOCAL HIRE – BAHRAIN)

About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic Area Manager (Local Hire – Bahrain) to join and oversee the entire Liwa store portfolio in Bahrain, including GANT, La Senza, and Lovisa.

The Role

As Area Manager, you will be accountable for the overall performance of all Liwa retail stores in Bahrain. You will lead multi-brand store teams, drive commercial results, and ensure each brand delivers a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with its identity and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop multiple Liwa retail stores across Bahrain, including GANT, La Senza, and Lovisa

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of KPIs (sales, conversion, UPT, ATV)

• Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers to build high-performing, engaged teams across all brands

• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and operational excellence are consistently delivered for each concept

• Analyze weekly and monthly performance, identifying risks and growth opportunities

• Implement commercial action plans and local initiatives to maximize results

• Oversee store operations, staffing, training, and compliance with company policies and procedures

• Partner closely with senior management to support Liwa’s overall business strategy and future expansion plans

Who You Are

• Proven experience as an Area Manager or Senior Retail Manager, preferably within fashion, lingerie, accessories, or lifestyle retail

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development capabilities

• Commercially driven with a hands-on, results-oriented approach

• Able to manage multiple brands with differing customer profiles and operational needs

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences across premium and high-street brands

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

• خبرة مثبتة كمدير منطقة أو مدير أول في قطاع التجزئة، ويفضل في الأزياء، الملابس الداخلية، الإكسسوارات، أو أسلوب الحياة

• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتوجيه وتطوير الفرق

• توجه تجاري عملي ونتائج موجهة

• القدرة على إدارة عدة علامات تجارية بملفات عملاء واحتياجات تشغيلية مختلفة

• شغف بتقديم تجارب عملاء استثنائية للعلامات التجارية الفاخرة والعالية الشارع
