Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials and goods and verify they are undamaged and of sound quality
- Weight and count received items
- Assist warehouse staff in retrieving specified materials and goods from storage as per delivery or shipping orders
- Prepare materials and goods for delivery or shipping by packaging and labelling them accordingly
- Move all outgoing materials and goods to the delivery area
- Ensure that all materials and goods are properly secured in the delivery vehicles to prevent damage during transit
Driver (LMV / Heavy Duty)
Responsibilities
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers, clients, or businesses in a safe, timely manner
- Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicle, equipment, paperwork, and loaded products
- Ensure all delivery loads are stacked, padded, and properly secured
- Load vehicle/truck with packed orders, sorting and organizing products and materials for easy access
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Deliver orders to customers/clients in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints
- Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules
- Check in with customers/clients by phone or text at each designated account to announce arrival
- Ensure all signatures are received on delivery documents
Stores Helper

- قم بتحميل المركبة/الشاحنة بالطلبات المعبأة، وفرز المنتجات والمواد وتنظيمها ليسهل الوصول إليها.
- مراجعة الطلبات قبل وبعد التسليم لضمان اكتمالها ودقتها
- توصيل الطلبات للعملاء في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة مهذبة
- تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة، والإجابة على الأسئلة، ومعالجة الشكاوى
- الالتزام بالمسارات والجداول الزمنية المحددة
- قم بتسجيل الوصول مع العملاء عبر الهاتف أو الرسائل النصية على كل حساب مخصص لإعلامهم بوصولك.
