GIS Developer
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5–6+ years of hands-on experience with ESRI GIS technologies
-
Strong experience in ArcGIS Enterprise / ArcGIS Server administration and development
-
Proficiency in ArcGIS API for JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS
-
Experience with Python scripting (ArcPy) for GIS automation and analysis
-
Knowledge of spatial databases and SQL
-
Understanding of GIS standards, projections, coordinate systems, and spatial analysis concepts
-
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
-
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an advantage
Good to Have

Experience in government, land management, forest management, real estate, or smart city projects
-
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, GIT, and containerized deployments
Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and in team environments

Experience working in client-facing or multi-stakeholder projects
Key Responsibilities
