Key Responsibilities:

• تنفيذ الأنشطة الإدارية على مستوى الشحنات تحت إشراف مباشر، بما في ذلك استلام الحجز ومتطلبات الوثائق وكل ما يتعلق بالنقل المحلي والدولي

• إدارة الشحنات تحت التوجيه بما يتماشى مع التزامات خدمة العملاء

• تحديد الاستثناءات أو المشكلات التشغيلية وإبلاغ الفريق بها

• فهم ودعم تحسين جودة بيانات الشحن

• الالتزام بالإجراءات التنظيمية المتعلقة بالسلع والمواقع الخاصة بالشحن

3. مدير السلامة وعمليات الأرضية (Director Safety and Ground Operations)

ملف المتقدم:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة شركات الطيران

• معرفة قوية بشبكة DHL وشبكات الطيران لمدة لا تقل عن سنتين

• خبرة من 2-3 سنوات في إدارة الجودة والسلامة أو التدريب الخاص بتطبيق نظام إدارة السلامة (SMS)

• مستوى متقدم في استخدام الحاسوب وإتقان برامج MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• حاصل على شهادة جامعية أو ما يعادلها
