Position Summary:
Fives Services Gulf is seeking an HSE Officer to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across operations in Bahrain. The company focuses on innovative solutions for industry, including maintenance, modernization, and technical assistance across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with company standards.

Maintain strong client, supplier, and internal stakeholder relationships.

Conduct site visits, audits, and technical meetings to assess and improve processes.

Provide technical expertise in aluminum casting processes (melting, alloying, degassing, filtration, casting).

Support proposal development, feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and cost estimation.

Coordinate with engineering, quality, and project teams to align technical solutions with client expectations.

Contribute to CAPEX and modernization projects with recommendations on new technologies.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

قيادة وإدارة فرص مشاريع Casthouse في مصانع الألمنيوم بدول الخليج منذ مرحلة التواصل المبكر وحتى تنفيذ المشروع.

دعم تطوير الأعمال ومبادرات التنويع وفق الاستراتيجية الإقليمية لحلول Casthouse.
-
الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان نجاح المشروع ورضا العملاء.
-
المشاركة في زيارات المواقع، التدقيق، والاجتماعات التقنية لتقييم احتياجات العملاء وحل مشكلات العمليات وتقديم التوصيات.
-
تقديم الخبرة التقنية في عمليات صب الألمنيوم (الصهر، السبك، إزالة الغازات، الترشيح، الصب) لدعم تطوير العروض التقنية والمناقشات مع العملاء وتصميم المشاريع.
-
التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لإعداد العروض الفنية، الدراسات الجدوى، تحليل العائد على الاستثمار، وتقديرات التكلفة.
-
التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والجودة والمشاريع لضمان توافق الحلول التقنية مع توقعات العملاء طوال فترة تنفيذ المشروع.
-
المساهمة في مشاريع CAPEX والتحديث، وتقديم المشورة حول التقنيات والمعدات والتحسينات العملية لمصانع Casthouse للعملاء.
-
متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية عبر مواقع العملاء وتحديد فرص التحسين أو الأمثل.

تعزيز الالتزام بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة في جميع أنشطة المشاريع والمواقع وفق سياسة HSEQ لشركة FSG.
