Draftsman
About the Role
We are seeking a Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for our construction projects. You will work closely with engineers, consultants, and site staff to ensure all designs meet project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings
- Develop and modify architectural, structural, or MEP drawings
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site staff
- Update drawings based on site changes and instructions
- Maintain drawing registers and document control
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
- Assist with measurements and basic quantity take-offs when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Draftsman
Project Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities
- Ensure construction works follow approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project schedules and site progress
- Ensure quality control and HSE compliance
- Review shop drawings and material submittals
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in project supervision and site management
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Senior Multimedia Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations)
- Design creatives for social media, websites, advertisements, and campaigns
- Handle video shooting, editing, and post-production
- Create motion graphics and basic animations
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and management teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in multimedia content creation
- Strong skills in graphic design, video production, and motion graphics

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية والتخطيطات والرسومات النهائية
- تطوير وتعديل الرسومات المعمارية أو الإنشائية أو رسومات الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والصحية
- التنسيق مع المهندسين والاستشاريين وموظفي الموقع
- قم بتحديث الرسومات بناءً على تغييرات الموقع والتعليمات.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات الرسومات والتحكم في المستندات
- التأكد من توافق الرسومات مع مواصفات ومعايير المشروع
- المساعدة في القياسات وحساب الكميات الأساسية عند الحاجة
متطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة جامعية في الرسم الهندسي أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين إلى خمس سنوات كرسام هندسي
مهندس مشروع
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- الإشراف على أنشطة الموقع اليومية وتنسيقها
- يجب التأكد من أن أعمال البناء تتبع الرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين
- مراقبة جداول المشروع وتقدم العمل في الموقع
- ضمان مراقبة الجودة والامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة
- مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية ومستندات المواد
- إدارة القوى العاملة والمواد والمعدات
- إعداد تقارير التقدم اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية
- حضور اجتماعات الموقع وحل المشكلات التقنية
متطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على المشاريع وإدارة المواقع
- مهارات تنظيمية وتواصلية وحل المشكلات قوية
أخصائي أول في الوسائط المتعددة
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تطوير وإدارة محتوى الوسائط المتعددة (الرسومات، مقاطع الفيديو، الرسوم المتحركة)
- تصميم مواد إبداعية لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والمواقع الإلكترونية والإعلانات والحملات
- إدارة تصوير الفيديو، والمونتاج، وما بعد الإنتاج
- إنشاء رسومات متحركة ورسوم متحركة أساسية
- ضمان اتساق العلامة التجارية في جميع المحتويات المرئية
- التعاون مع فرق التسويق والمبيعات والإدارة
متطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في إنشاء محتوى الوسائط المتعددة
- مهارات قوية في التصميم الجرافيكي وإنتاج الفيديو والرسوم المتحركة
- القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية
- عقلية إبداعية مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل
