Civil Inspector (Site)
Details
Perform and report inspections for site works and materials received and used on-site. Attend third-party T&C and SAT inspections to witness execution. Observe and report QA & HSE non-compliances, and follow up to verify rectification.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in civil inspection or related supervision roles
- Strong knowledge of site inspection processes and standards
- Ability to prepare clear inspection reports and documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow QA & HSE procedures and ensure compliance
- Strong communication and coordination skills

إجراء عمليات تفتيش على أعمال الموقع والمواد المستلمة والمستخدمة فيه، وتقديم تقارير عنها. حضور عمليات التفتيش التي تجريها جهات خارجية للتحقق من تنفيذ الأعمال. مراقبة حالات عدم الامتثال لمعايير ضمان الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة، والإبلاغ عنها، ومتابعة الأمر للتأكد من تصحيحها.
متطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال التفتيش المدني أو أدوار الإشراف ذات الصلة
- معرفة قوية بعمليات ومعايير فحص المواقع
- القدرة على إعداد تقارير ووثائق تفتيش واضحة
- إتقان ممتاز للتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات
- القدرة على اتباع إجراءات ضمان الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة وضمان الامتثال لها
- مهارات تواصل وتنسيق قوية
