The Ecommerce Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the online retail processes of the business, such as logistics, inventory management, customer experience, and data analysis. An
Ecommerce Operations Manager also works with different teams and partners to ensure efficient collaboration and optimization of the ecommerce supply chain.
As an Ecommerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
● Planning and implementing ecommerce strategies and operations
● Managing inventory levels and ensuring product availability
● Coordinating with warehouse, fulfillment, and shipping teams
● Monitoring and analyzing ecommerce performance and metrics
● Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or problems
● Ensuring compliance with ecommerce standards and regulations
● Researching and evaluating new ecommerce technologies and platforms
● Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and partners
● Analyzing and documenting the current business processes and workflows using software tools like charting software, such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io. Evaluating the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of the processes and workflows. Identifying gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to implement solutions and monitor results.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field
Experience in ecommerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and technologies, such as WooCommerce, CRM (like Bitrix24), ERP (like Idempiere), etc.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Google Analytics, etc.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and quality

We are looking for COMMERCIAL ARCHITECTS with experience in designing interiors for luxury brands. You will be responsible for creating high-end, innovative and stylish spaces that reflect our brand identity and values.
You will also collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to help expand our presence and reach in the international market.
As a commercial architect, you will work on projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet the client's requirements, budget and timeline. You will also coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants to deliver quality results. You will use your creativity, technical skills and attention to detail to produce stunning and functional environments that enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design, and at least five years of relevant work experience. You should also have a portfolio of previous projects that demonstrate your skills and style in commercial interiors for luxury brands. You should be proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Photoshop. You should also have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
