Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager located in Manama. The Accounting
Manager will be responsible for creating financial statements, conducting analytical reviews, managing
journal entries, overseeing finance operations, and managing fixed assets.
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise the accounting team to ensure that financial reports are accurate and delivered on time.
Establish and follow accounting policies and procedures to comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, produce financial statements, and present financial reports to senior management.
Work with other departments to ensure that financial operations run smoothly and to provide financial guidance and assistance.
Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting procedures and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is preferred
3+ years of experience in accounting
Strong accounting skills and knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a team

هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع لمدير محاسبة يقع في المنامة. المحاسبة
سيكون المدير مسؤولاً عن إنشاء البيانات المالية وإجراء المراجعات التحليلية والإدارة
إدخالات دفتر اليومية والإشراف على العمليات المالية وإدارة الأصول الثابتة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
الإشراف على فريق المحاسبة للتأكد من دقة التقارير المالية وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد.
وضع ومتابعة السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية للامتثال للوائح والمعايير ذات الصلة.
مراقبة وتحليل الأداء المالي، وإعداد البيانات المالية، وتقديم التقارير المالية إلى الإدارة العليا.
العمل مع الإدارات الأخرى لضمان سير العمليات المالية بسلاسة وتقديم التوجيه والمساعدة المالية.
التقييم المستمر وتعزيز الإجراءات والأنظمة المحاسبية لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الكفاءة والفعالية.
مؤهلات
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو المجال ذي الصلة
يفضل الحصول على شهادة المحاسب العام المعتمد (CPA) أو المحاسب الإداري المعتمد (CMA).
- 3+ سنوات من الخبرة في مجال المحاسبة
مهارات محاسبية قوية ومعرفة بالمبادئ والممارسات المحاسبية
مهارات اتصال ممتازة الكتابية والشفوية
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة الفريق
