University degree in the field of Computer Science

CCNA Recommended

IT Foundation Recommended

Your Responsibilities:

Handles front-line communication with Les regards to incident and services management.

Assigns and re-signs incidence

Dolly support and troubleshooting of Headc and branches pratens

Inition, configuration and troubleshooting of

EFC artworkstations Install and configure and exong computer

herders and softwere system components
