An exciting opportunity is available for Specialist , Warehouse Management Located in Jubail, KSA
Job Purpose
To ensure warehouse MM module enhancement, material master catalogue, other warehouse supporting software and overall quality control. Inventory analysis, stock level review, Maintain SAP background jobs for MRP and reports. Develop warehouse procedures and standards and ensure uniformity as per the communicated guidelines.
Role responsibilities:
Coordinate with Warehouse/Material Management Supervisors, to improve the process.
Carry out duties with highest quality standards in line with TASNEE quality program.
Attend and participate in day-to-day Meetings/Training to keep yourself abreast to the latest techniques and procedures related to warehouse and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve routine issues and problems related to the assigned area of work by suggesting proper solution for warehouse/material management.
Review section KPI, Support Section IMRS requirements, evaluate section performance, and introduce ideas and latest maintenance work practices.
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and control, within a defined area of activity to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Ensure compliance with EHSM, IMRS and Responsible care.
Qualification and Requirements:
Minimum 15 years related experience
Diploma or Equivalent
