Urgent Requirement For Training Coordinator
We prefer candidates who have experience as Trainer in the Telecom or FMCG industry.
Master’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field is required.
Additional professional qualifications will be considered an advantage.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in the Sales and Service industry, including a minimum of three years in a Training or HR related role.
Candidates should have some or all of the following experience:
o Training (mandatory)
o Knowledge of sales and customer service
o Experience with Development/Career Plans, Assessments, Gap Analysis, etc. (advantageous)
o Content Development
o Management Development
o Personal Profiling
o Coaching
o People Performance Management
Excellent English language proficiency and strong communication skills are mandatory.
