Job Summary:
We are a reputable cleaning company specializing in housekeeping and cleaning services per hour, and we are currently seeking a Supervisor Lady (Philippina) descent to join our team. As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible to carry on the admin work related to the cleaners staff of the company and supervise them on a daily basis.
Job Requirements:
1. Not less than 3 years' experience in managing Cleaning, Housekeeping and Hospitality staff.
2. Looking for Philippina supervisor.
3. Ladies only can apply.
4. Knowledge in Microsoft office.
5. Must be excellent in English Language.
6. Valid Residence in Kingdom of Bahrain.
Job Tasks:
• Supervise team of cleaners in their assigned task.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients.
• Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
• Inspect work done by cleaners daily.
• Interact and build relationship with customers and increase Sales.
• Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed.
• Plan out work schedule for cleaners.
