Understanding of the Data Center networks and systems.
Experience working on high scale networks; both the logical and physical connectivity of the
networking and how it works.
Experience in handling complex projects in parallel under tight deadline.
Experience in People Management and growing teams.
ID Manager will manage Infrastructure Delivery team who owns the implementation and delivery of
inbound capacity and equipment. Equipment that comes to the data center will be expected to be
deployed in a quick and efficient manner as well as meet internal standards. Ultimately responsible for installing
and delivering our network equipment and related infrastructures as well as responsible for driving low
voltage structured cabling across the Amazon data center platform.
Key job responsibilities
ID Manager is responsible for a growing team of 6-8 Network Techs & CI-Engineers. and will oversee
their development and growth. They should have experience managing people with varying skill sets,
creating, tracking and controlling budgets, devising strategies, mentoring people in all levels,
sponsoring projects and proposing technical solutions. Also, a sound project management and technical knowledge in ICT.

Project Management Certification is value added however not mandatory for the role.
